1.1. The fact of placing an order for services to the company Moovee Clean implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the Customer to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. No special condition may, except formal and written acceptance of MOOVEE CLEAN, prevail against the General Conditions of Services. Any condition of purchase contrary to the Customer will be, in the absence of express acceptance, ineligible for MOOVEE CLEAN.
1.3. In case of force majeure, MOOVEE CLEAN is released from its obligation to deliver its service to the customer.
1.4. The Customer means any natural or legal person, professional or consumer, who has ordered one or more services described in Article 3 below.
ARTICLE 2: OBJECT
MOOVEE CLEAN has an environmentally friendly steam washing activity for motor vehicles at home or on site. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set the terms and conditions under which MOOVEE CLEAN will perform the services described in Article 3, ordered by the Customer.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE
3.1. The services are provided at the rate in effect at the time of the validation of the order. They are expressed in Euro and are indicated all taxes included.
3.2. The prices of the services, and the possible promotional offers, are posted on the MOOVEE CLEAN website at the following address: clean.moovee.lu
3.3. MOOVEE CLEAN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and to update, consequently, the posting on the flyers and on the website.
3.4. Special rates for our partners are discussed and validated before the start of services. MOOVEE CLEAN will provide price cards specially created for each partner.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERS OF BENEFITS
4.1 Online Order
To place an order, the Customer must go to his Moovee Clean space and reserve his service. A confirmation email will be sent to him confirming his reservation. A reservation is paid and final. Cancellation is possible 72 hours before the service. After this period, no refund is possible
4.2 Telephone order
For specific services, the customer can contact our sales department who will make an estimate of the desired service and the planning of the service.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. Payment of a service online
The price of the services ordered is payable cash directly online when booking
5.2 Cancellation of a service
The cancellation of a reservation is possible until 72 hours before the said service. After this period no refund will be possible.
ARTCILE 6: EXECUTION OF PRESTAIONS
6.1: After validation of the reservation according to the conditions of article 4, the Customer entrusts his vehicle and his keys to the staff of MOOVEE CLEAN, for the purposes of carrying out the service. A state of the place is made at the time of removal of the vehicle. The vehicle must be left 15 minutes before the start of the service.
6.2: The vehicle can be moved within the parking lot either to park the waiting time of an available space in the washing place, or to park it after the service and thus free the place, either in the frame a service with valet service (price defined on a case by case basis)
6.3: It is indicated to the Customer, as an indication, the time at which he must recover his vehicle, evaluated according to the schedule and the chosen service. However, MOOVEE CLEAN can not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if the schedule is not respected.
6.4: The hours of opening and realization of the services are according to the place, and will be confirmed by email during the reservation.
6.5: In case of delay of the customer for the delivery of his vehicle at the place of the service, Moovee reserves the right, in order not to impact the following customers, to reduce the service.
Beyond 15min delay, we do not clean the trunk
Beyond 30 min, we do not clean the trunk or rims
Beyond 45 min, we only clean the inside of the car and the outside (excluding rims)
Beyond 1 hour late and we clean the outside of the vehicle (excluding rims)
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
7.1: MOOVEE CLEAN undertakes to take out civil liability insurance with a solvent insurance company for the repair of the damages for which it is civilly responsible as a result of the intervention of its personnel.
7.2: MOOVEE CLEAN can not under any circumstances be held responsible, for damages that could be caused, even partially, by the defectiveness of the Customer’s vehicle.
7.3: MOOVEE CLEAN can not under any circumstances be held responsible for damage to the Customer’s vehicle caused by any third party and by any event presenting the characteristics of force majeure.
7.4: In the event that the Customer’s vehicle to be cleaned is equipped with fragile equipment requiring special attention, the customer must inform MOOVEE CLEAN; otherwise, he would waive any recourse against MOOVEE CLEAN.
7.5: In general, the Customer must make his vehicle available to MOOVEE CLEAN in such a state that the staff can perform the services under normal conditions. As a result, Moovee Clean will not be responsible for the erroneous removal and disappearance of any objects or documents in the vehicle.
7.6: It is the responsibility of the Customer not to leave in the vehicle to clean any cash value, check or bill of exchange, any confidential document or other valuable document; otherwise, and in the absence of express information from the Customer on the presence of such elements in the vehicle, the responsibility of MOOVEE CLEAN could not be engaged.
More generally, MOOVEE CLEAN’s liability can not be engaged in the event of the disappearance of valuables if their presence in the vehicle has not been previously identified by the staff responsible for washing in the presence of the Customer.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The Data collected by MOOVEE CLEAN are subject to computer processing and are processed in accordance with the provisions of the law. These data are intended for the management of the Client account by MOOVEE CLEAN in order to satisfy the need of the service.
The Customer has a right of access and rectification that concerns him and that he can exercise upon written request by contacting MOOVEE CLEAN at the following address:

The Customer may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him.
ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES
Any dispute about the nature or quality of the services delivered by MOOVEE CLEAN must be the subject of a denunciation by the Customer within twenty-four hours of the event giving rise to the dispute. This denunciation must imperatively be sent to MOOVEE CLEAN by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the following address:

After this period, or in case of non-compliance with the form of the denunciation, any claim will be considered null and void.
ARTICLE 10: COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are subject to Luxembourg law.
All disputes relating to their interpretation or execution shall, in the absence of amicable agreement, be brought before the competent courts of the domicile of the defendant.
